Bvi Customs and Immigration Fees
We are often asked why the clearances fees are never the same! Our fees don't change but the government fees do depending on circumstances. The main difference in fees is caused by the Cruising Permit charges.
If you are a non-BVI based yacht and on charter, there is a $45 fee per charter. In addition, you are charged $4 per person, per day. Private yachts with an owner onboard do not pay the $45 charter fee but any guests of the owner who are not direct relations, must pay the $4 per person, per day.

Annual Tonnage $45 per annum this is charged to you on your first visit to the BVI after 1 January annually.
There is no charge for Immigration services unless you are clearing on a Bank Holiday, a Sunday, or after hours. Immigration charges $16 for clearance on a Sunday or public Holiday.
