FISHING LICENCES
The BVI is serious about protecting its fish stocks. It is illegal to fish with a rod and reel from a yacht or tender or indeed from a dock. Conservation & Fisheries and Customs Marine Task Force are checking regularly. We strongly advise our clients to obtain temporary 30 day fishing licences for anyone with a line in the water. In order for Shore Side Yacht Services to obtain a fishing license for you, we need scanned copies of photo ID, either drivers licences or passports and the completed application form from you.
